This notice covers this website and the walkthrough booking form only. The Lila app has its own data terms, which are a separate document.

What we collect, and why

When you book a walkthrough we collect four things: your name, your school, your work email and your role. We use them only to arrange and follow up your walkthrough. Only if you tick the box for product updates, or use the signup in the page footer, do we also add your email address to our product-updates list, and we ask you to confirm by email first. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask to see Lila.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are held by Netlify, our website host, in our Microsoft 365 email and in EmailOctopus, which we use to manage booking follow-up and, only with your consent, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Netlify may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@lilaforschools.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
